Huston Electric - Standing Open Call for 20 JW/day Starplus Battery Plant (Kokomo) 6-10s, Mon-Sat, 7am- 5:30pm, All OT is 2X (10 panel drug screen within 30 days, Clean/ Dry room work, boots provided or $150 boot reimbursement given) Inside Agreement. Starts 1/19.

StarPlus Energy Battery Plant - This is a $7.6 billion joint venture between Stellantis and Samsung in Kokomo. Lines 3/4 of Phase 1 (Clean room area- details below) is expected to need 150-200 electricians and will start Dec 2025/Jan 2026. No cameras allowed on site, sticker will be placed over phone camera. Phase 2 is expected to start 3Q/4Q of 2026. 

• Huston Electric - Clean room suit/mask. Clean room boots required (Leather, above the ankle, electrical hazard rated) Boots will be provided or reimbursed at $150. Boots must be left on site.

Haynes International- This is a $170 million expansion that includes the addition of a vacuum induction melting system and a new radial forging system. Work is expected to start early 2026.

GM Marion - This is a $500 million upgrade that will includes 2 new press lines, complete press and die upgrades, and a 6,000 sq ft addition at the GM plant in Marion. Currently under construction with completion expected by the end of 2025.

Convention Center/ Hotel - This a $26 million investment that includes Hilton Garden Inn hotel and a 22K sq ft conference center that will be the new home for the Kokomo Automotive Museum. Currently under construction with completion expected early 2026.
